Casita Buho Real is not suitable for toddlers
The price includes utilities, house towels and linen. Beach/pool towels are NOT provided.
Children less than 11 years are charged at half the listed price.
No charge for babies, Cot, high chair and baby bath.
50% non-refundable deposit in euro by bank transfer is required.
Balance in euro on the day of arrival.
All breakages must be paid for in euro. Change over days and times are flexible by pre- arrangement. Please leave the casita tidy and as clean as you found it.
Please ensure that you have adequate personal and travel/health insurance and also GHIC for UK citizens.
Extra firewood and gas for the mobile heaters can be purchased.
