Children less than 11 years are charged at half the listed price.
No charge for babies, Cot, high chair and baby bath extra child’s bed or stair gate.
50% non-refundable deposit in euro by bank transfer is required.
Balance in euro on the day of arrival. Please leave the house tidy and as clean as you found it.
All breakages must be paid for in euro. Change over days and times are flexible by pre- arrangement.
Please ensure that you have adequate personal and travel/health insurance and also GHIC for UK citizens. Gas for the mobile heaters can be purchased,
